Welcome to my Campaign Page - Sports and Entertainment Docket

I am your everyday normal Benja, full of life, short of regret and always hoping to get an opportunity to serve you.
I am a Second year student of Bachelor of Science, Information Technology, currently in my second semester. I am also an active member of the school soccer team, and I believe my contributions to the performace of the team I so diligently serve is without blemish.

My record stands out and speaks for itself. The time and age is right. Change has come beckoning and I have opened the doors wide, I pray that you will join me in this stead and support my cause for rightful representation in the student body.

Areas of Concern

Kimathi University College is a budding flower, promising to supply to the economy in a matter of three years a fresh supply of proper science, technology and commerce intellectuals who unfortunately are not thoroughly honed in physical ability. It is my belief that we all have a fair chance to choose whatever sport we wish to engage in, and as such I feel it is about time we were honoured with a complete sporting facility, boasting of a well equiped gymnasium, a lovely swimming pool, adequate sports gear (balls and the rest of the full works!) and the introduction of a book free Sports Day.

However, our ability to present and represent is also directly influenced by the kind of remuneration received. I think it is about time that our sports representatives get accorded a proper allowance for their participation in the sports, since the aim is and shall always be to build and better the name of the Institution.

These are but a few of the wishes that I have for this lovely institution. I believe that with your help and support, all the above will come to pass.

Entertainment Concerns

This is an area that I must admit has been severly dealt with in the past. It has lacked a voice, it has been been inadequately backed up and I think honestly it has only catered for a few members of this noble Institution.

My Administration will seek to address these issues. I shall seek to improve the quality of entertainment provided for in KUCT. The students body has yet to experience an all round entertainment gig, that supports all genres of entertainment (if you like to perceive it so). My dream is to see a students body that is satisfied with what is provided. Dancers shall have their groove, comics shall crack their jokes and laugh you to hysteria, music will be top notch - represented by quality DJ's, movie lovers shall have NuMetro as if it were a dream, Models shall 'show their wares' and be loved for it, and our beloved pool, draught, scrabble and chess lovers shall have the time of their life, betting and gambling like they were in a Prime Casino.

Now, that is what I call entertainment.
